I've been busier than a one-legged man at an ass kicking contest this year !!!!! Almost 100 shows, by the time 2010 ends and 2011 is shaping up to be much the same.
This year I was nominated for the "Drummer of The Year" award, in the BCCMAs (British Columbia Country Music Association). I didn't win, but it was a real honour, just to be nominated.
The Outlaws are kickin' butt, as usual.
The Steel Toe Boots are getting tighter and tighter everyday and were nominated for 2 categories in the BCCMAs, this year.
We've drawn the final curtain on Carnival Of Sin but J.A.M. is gaining some momentum.

The first half of 2010 is almost in the books and I've covered a lot of musical ground ! 43 gigs between January 1st and June 30th !!??!! That's my busiest year ever consisting of the highly successful gigs during the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, fantastic outdoor shows at The 2010 Cloverdale Rodeo and a string of regular gigs at the local Country/Rock venues of Gabby's and Roosters. The second half is filling up quickly too. A TV show taping in July and a regular string of gigs every month with The Steel Toe Boots, The Outlaws, Carnival Of Sin and J.A.M..

February and the 2010 Olympic Winter games are a memory and the multiple gigs and very busy schedule were a great success. J.A.M. grew into a solid band and additional bookings have been made. The Steel Toe Boots and The Outlaws kicked some serious ass, in their own ways, during their Olympic performances at The Plaza of Nations. I have to give a true 'tip of my hat' to Rob Steel and his company, Steel Productions for pulling the entire event together with over 150 acts over the two week period.

OK, so ... 2010 is upon us. I had an amazing, first weekend with The Steel Toe Boots, at Roosters. The Outlaws are getting back to work and J.A.M. is also gearing up. Ya, I guess you could say I'm kinda busy, musically speaking !! All three bands have engagements during the Olympic Games, here in Vancouver, during February and we're all very excited about the opportunities. A little further into the year lies some opportunities for Carnival Of Sin to kick it into gear and rock The World's Number One Tribute to Motley Crue. It's gonna be fun !!
